Adam Manson

Initially from a legal background, Adam embarked on a successful career in recruitment in 2009, and became our UK & Europe Managing Director, where he has responsibility for managing both contract and permanent sales teams within the Technology, Interim Management, Cyber Security, Product, Strategy and Architecture, Consulting and Technology Sales markets for both the UK and Europe.

Adam manages the front, middle and back office operations for the business in the UK and Europe. Developing and delivering strategy for growth, as well as implementing process and ensuring the day to day running of the business. We cover a variety of markets and skills, with the office containing consultants who have extensive recruitment experience coupled with trainee’s, consultants and senior consultants. He manages the P&L and has responsibility for setting and delivering targets.
