Role Overview
The CEO will play a pivotal strategic and operational role in leading the company’s vision and execution for its new wealth management platform. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will take full ownership of the company’s P&L, oversee the CMS licensing process, and spearhead initiatives to scale the business sustainably.

Role Overview
The CEO will play a pivotal strategic and operational role in leading the company’s vision and execution for its new wealth management platform. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will take full ownership of the company’s P&L, oversee the CMS licensing process, and spearhead initiatives to scale the business sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and articulate the company’s vision, mission, and long-term objectives. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to position the platform as a leader in wealth management.
- Ensure seamless operations across all departments, driving efficiency and accountability to achieve business goals.
- Maintain robust financial management practices, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to drive the CMS licensing process and build strong relationships with relevant regulatory bodies.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to expand the company’s market presence and service offerings.
- Act as the primary spokesperson, representing the company at industry forums, conferences, and public engagements.
- Leverage expertise in online platforms to scale and enhance the company’s technology and service offerings.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience, ideally in wealth management, fund management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering business growth.
- Experience in engaging with regulatory bodies, especially in the financial services sector.
- Demonstrated success in scaling online platforms and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong background in strategic planning, operational execution, and partnership development.
- Relevant degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA highly preferred.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align operational activities with long-term goals.
- Exceptional leadership skills, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Strong financial acumen with an ability to drive profitability and manage risks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in public representation.
