We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager, Corporate Secretarial to join their established team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive corporate secretarial support to the company and its subsidiaries.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of board and committee meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including maintaining and updating corporate records and filings.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including directors, shareholders, regulators, and service providers.
  • Support the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the organization of general meetings, including annual general meetings (AGMs) and extraordinary general meetings (EGMs).
  • Handle ad-hoc corporate secretarial projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 5 to 6 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience.
  • Candidates from service providers are welcome to apply; in-house experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
