About the Human Resources Team
The Human Resources (HR) team oversees the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, learning and development, performance management, benefits administration, HR systems, and data analytics.
A well-known corporation with a VC arm are looking to grow their HR team in Singapore and therefore looking for someone at a VP level to oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, benefits administration, HR systems, and data analytics.
What does the role involve?
Workplace Engagement: Proactively address and resolve employee concerns, ensuring a supportive and positive work environment that encourages open communication and collaboration among team members.
Compensation Management: Oversee and implement comprehensive employee remuneration and benefits programs, including payroll processing, ensuring competitiveness to attract and retain top talent.
Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify and engage outstanding candidates, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse and qualified team capable of thriving in a dynamic setting.
HR Metrics Monitoring: Analyze and interpret workforce data, such as hiring trends, employee turnover, and retention rates, to identify patterns that inform strategic decisions and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
Employee Development: Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and create tailored training initiatives that support employee growth, align with career aspirations, and enhance overall team performance.
Performance Support: Provide expert guidance to leadership and employees regarding performance evaluations, succession planning, and related issues, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
HR Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects focused on improving HR practices and driving organizational change, ensuring that initiatives align with the organization's values and support its mission.
What experience do you need?
- HR or similar degree
- 8+ Years experience
- Ability to present in front of board members
- Be capable and willing to conduct Payroll
- Team orientated
