Job Description
Job Duties:
Skills/Qualifications:
- Develop effective regional ATL and execute marketing campaigns to ensure brand’s overall objectives are achieved.
- New market entry launches to accelerate growth.
- Collaborate with in-market and close collaborations with cross functional team to ensure alignment and deployment of brand strategy and communications to ensure brand plans have maximum impact.
- Drive digital marketing through data analytics and ROIs in mind.
- Develop social media channels, brand/marketing websites, mobile channels and advertising platform.
- Plan, lead, and execute marketing events and exhibitions.
- Responsible for creating digital assets with hands-on experience in the development of brand concepts, campaigns, social and digital media.
- Demonstrated experience working with external media and creative agencies to develop assets and review and recommend improvements to media plans.
- Proven ability to use GA to track relevant metrics and proactively adjust assets and media plans to better hit pre-defined targets.
- Monitor regional marketing budget, monthly reporting of marketing effectiveness and weekly project status reporting.
- Support in marketing presentations and reports, consumer analysis and monitoring of new product brand’s performance vs target/ forecast.
- Identify consumer landscape, competitor analysis and development of brand ecosystem.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum relevant University Degree (preferably with minimum 7 years working experience in Marketing, ecommerce and/or in FMCG industry.
- Prior experience in regional markets is preferred.
- Excellent in managing big numbers, data analysis, and with appetite for growth through results-led experimentation.
- Highly fluent in written and conversational English and proficient in spoken and written Mandarin is essential to liaise with regional office and Chinese speaking counterpart.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and take ownership in the roles and projects.
