A leading global firm in the blockchain and digital asset space is seeking a Group Chief Compliance Officer to shape and lead its global compliance framework. This role involves ensuring regulatory compliance across US and EU jurisdictions, working closely with a dynamic leadership team, and reporting directly to the Group Chairman & CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and oversee a comprehensive, global compliance framework.
• Ensure adherence to US/EU regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, fostering a global strategy beyond local jurisdictions.
• Provide expertise in crypto/blockchain/web3 compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with US/EU regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity working with Asian counterparts, Chinese proficiency for stakeholder comms would be ideal.
• Existing background in crypto/blockchain/web3 compliance.
• Senior leadership track record.
