The Role
Our client is focused on becoming a leader in automation solutions within the e-commerce industry. As part of the sales team, you'll be joining a group of motivated professionals who are focused on driving new business and introducing the platform to potential customers. The sales team is dedicated to meeting and exceeding performance standards while working together to build a successful business.

They are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to step into the role and continue to advance their career. This individual should be energetic, self-driven, and able to meet or exceed sales goals consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, engaging with potential customers and building meaningful relationships.
  • Educate prospects on how the platform can help them streamline operations and enhance their revenue growth.
  • Follow a structured sales process from discovery to closing deals, utilizing MEDDPICC for qualification.
  • Conduct engaging demos and discovery calls (in collaboration with Sales Engineers) to showcase how the platform can bring value to the stakeholders involved.
  • Collaborate with the SDR team to qualify leads and generate your own opportunities.
  • Oversee a portfolio of some of the top brands in the e-commerce space.
  • Actively network within the e-commerce industry through online channels, events, and other tools to establish new connections.
  • Use your experience to contribute to the overall success of the sales team, helping everyone perform at their best.
  • Keep the CRM system updated and report regularly on your pipeline, progress, and forecast to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar Account Executive role (preferably in SaaS, customer experience, or e-commerce industries).
  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets and developing a strong sales pipeline.
  • Ability to manage both prospecting and closing deals effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, especially with prospecting, customer engagement, and CRM management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to quickly build rapport with various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with a flexible approach to working in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and a strong understanding of core sales principles.
  • A passion for tech and innovation in the sales space.
