We are partnering with a growing technology business that is revolutionizing the way businesses manage and pay their global workforces. By providing solutions in payroll processing, workforce management, and international compliance, they empower companies to scale seamlessly across emerging markets. With a recent funding and ambitious growth plans, they are looking for talented individuals to join as an early go-to-market hire.

 

This position is for the Founding Account Executive hire, focused on acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing ones.

 

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients through various outreach strategies.
  • Lead client discussions and presentations to demonstrate how our workforce management solutions meet their business needs.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, track progress, and work towards meeting revenue and growth targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and develop customized proposals to secure new business partnerships.

 

About You
  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role, with a strong history of meeting or surpassing revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of fostering trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
