My client, a hyper-growth seed funded cyber security vendor is seeking an Account Executive to join their team in the East Coast.
This is a hybrid position, with my client local office being in New York. They are offering a market leading OTE.
- Experience: 7+ years of proven sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within the enterprise sales space. Experience in the cybersecurity is strongly preferred.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence within a defined region.
- Leadership Skills: Strong team leader with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team. Ability to manage sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to build and execute sales strategies tailored to the needs of regional markets while aligning with overall company objectives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer-Focused: A deep understanding of customer needs, with the ability to craft solutions that align with their business objectives and security challenges.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with application security solutions and the ability to discuss technical details confidently. Experience selling to technical decision-makers, including developers, security teams, and IT leaders.
