Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with MAS regulations and other applicable regulatory frameworks across Southeast Asia.
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify compliance gaps, and implement mitigation measures.
- Ensure investment transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal fund guidelines.
- Lead compliance audits, prepare reports, and manage regulatory inspections.
- Provide compliance training and act as a resource for internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- 8-10 years of compliance experience in private equity, asset management, or financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of MAS regulations and fund structures (e.g., Limited Partnerships, VCCs).
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or related fields; certifications (e.g., ICA, CAMS) are an advantage.
- Proven ability to assess compliance risks and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
