Our Customer Success team is central to this mission, ensuring that our clients fully leverage the value of our platform. We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, working closely with sales and product teams to deliver outstanding experiences and drive customer success. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage the full customer journey — from onboarding and training to adoption and growth.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and grow your portfolio.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a key advisor to help them achieve their goals.

  • Leverage data and performance insights to evaluate customer health, address challenges, and improve satisfaction.


About You
  • 3–5 years of customer-facing experience (consulting or accounting experience preferred).

  • Strong background in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration.

  • Experience with upselling and driving customer expansion is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
