Our client, a fast-growing wellness brand redefining its space, is looking for a  Digital Performance Content Manager  to shape their creative and performance strategies. You'll lead the end-to-end production of digital content, manage paid influencer programs, and oversee freelance creative teams. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of creative processes and make a measurable impact on the growth of a vibrant brand.

Responsibilities :

Influencer & Freelance Management :

  • Lead the in-house paid influencer program, maintaining strong relationships with agencies and influencers.
  • Manage content commissioning and distribution across organic and paid digital channels.
  • Oversee contracts, budgets, and deliverables for freelance creatives.
Content Strategy & Execution :

  • Plan, produce, and execute a content calendar aligned with product launches and marketing goals.
  • Develop and manage high-quality content for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat.
  • Ensure all projects meet deadlines, budgets, and creative standards.
Performance & Analysis :

  • Monitor social media performance to refine strategies for growth and engagement.
  • Report performance metrics and trends to leadership, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements :

Experience :

  • 3+ years in a similar role, with expertise in paid social advertising, influencer marketing, and DTC e-commerce.
  • Strong grasp of creative best practices for static assets, UGC, and high-production content.
Skills :

  • Visual storytelling and direct response copywriting.
  • Proficiency in production workflows and basic data analysis.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
Mindset :

  • Creative thinker passionate about trends and innovations in advertising.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team dynamics.

Their office is in Camden and you'll be expected  in the office most of the time.
