Our client, a leading B2B FinTech in the cross-border payments space, is seeking a Director of Partnerships to drive new partner acquisition and revenue growth.
With a strong presence in global markets, our client specializes in enabling seamless cross-border transactions for businesses of all sizes. They are expanding their partner network and looking for a dynamic, results-oriented professional to help accelerate their growth in the US and North America, with a chance to scale a team based on individual performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and establish high-impact channel partnerships with technology platforms, financial service providers, and software companies.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to enhance market reach and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams across product, marketing, and sales to ensure successful integration and commercialization of partner solutions.
- Monitor partnership performance, optimize key initiatives, and provide regular updates to leadership on results and opportunities.
About You
- 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within FinTech, SaaS, payments, or financial services.
- Strong track record of securing and scaling strategic partnerships, with experience in enterprise-level negotiations.
- Ability to manage complex deal cycles, working cross-functionally with technical, legal, and commercial teams.
- A self-starter with a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
