We’re working with a brand new Premium Spirits Brand who are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director to oversee financial operations, focusing on forecasting, budgeting, FP&A analysis, and supporting the accountancy function.

Key responsibilities:- Develop and manage financial forecasts and budgets to align with business objectives.
- Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Deliver accurate financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the accounting team on reconciliation, payroll, and month-end reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Partner with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals.
- Proven experience in a finance role, ideally in FMCG, retail, or a fast-paced industry.
- Strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and processes.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is desirable but not essential.
