They are looking for an exceptional Growth Marketing Director to lead global acquisition and engagement strategies, optimise the customer funnel, and drive market expansion. This key role will shape the company’s global growth strategy, collaborating with teams across performance marketing, SEO, and lifecycle marketing.
Responsibilities Global Growth Strategy:- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Optimise the customer funnel to improve conversion rates and product adoption.
- Lead paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns to achieve efficient customer acquisition.
- Utilise data-driven insights to maximise campaign ROI.
- Oversee website optimisation to enhance organic traffic and conversions.
- Implement advanced SEO strategies to improve discoverability and engagement.
- Design and execute lifecycle marketing programmes to onboard, engage, and retain customers.
- Use CRM tools such as email and in-app messaging to encourage deeper product adoption.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of global and regional strategies.
- Proven experience in growth marketing leadership within a rapidly scaling organisation
- Financial Services, Fintech or Payments experience is essential
- Expertise in performance marketing, SEO, website optimisation, and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience managing diverse teams.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
This is a Hybrid role in the City of London, 3x/week in the office.
