Regional Sales Leader – Northern EMEA
Our client is a well-funded, fast-growing database company helping businesses build and scale applications with ease. Their technology is trusted by some of the world’s most innovative companies, and they are expanding rapidly. To support this growth, they are looking for a Regional Sales Leader to drive enterprise sales in Northern EMEA.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in high-growth environments, knows how to build and scale sales teams, and can drive both new business and expansion within existing accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives across Northern Europe
- Drive revenue growth through new business and expansion
- Own pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution strategies
- Develop and refine the sales process for efficiency and scale
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent
What They’re Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in technology sales
- 5+ years leading enterprise SaaS sales teams
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of modern infrastructure and database technologies
- Experience managing full-cycle sales from prospecting to close
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and CRM tools like Salesforce
- Ability to travel as needed
