Player Responsibilities (Individual Contributor)

Own and drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Engage C-level executives, CISOs, and security stakeholders in consultative selling.

Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals.

Meet and exceed individual sales quotas, contributing directly to company revenue growth.
Coach Responsibilities (Leadership & Team Development)

Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of high-performing sales professionals.

Provide hands-on coaching, including deal strategy, call reviews, and objection handling.

Set clear performance expectations, track key metrics, and drive accountability.

Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and high performance.

Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine sales strategies.

Implement and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g., CRM, sales enablement platforms).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cybersecurity sales experience , with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship role , preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.

Proven ability to close mid-market and enterprise deals, navigating complex buying processes.

Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, buyer personas, and industry trends.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

Data-driven mindset with strong pipeline management and forecasting abilities.

Experience working with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or similar.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
