Key Responsibilities

Player Responsibilities (Individual Contributor)

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts.

  • Engage C-level executives, CISOs, and security stakeholders in consultative selling.

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals.

  • Meet and exceed individual sales quotas, contributing directly to company revenue growth.

Coach Responsibilities (Leadership & Team Development)

  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of high-performing sales professionals.

  • Provide hands-on coaching, including deal strategy, call reviews, and objection handling.

  • Set clear performance expectations, track key metrics, and drive accountability.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and high performance.

  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine sales strategies.

  • Implement and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g., CRM, sales enablement platforms).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of cybersecurity sales experience , with a track record of exceeding quotas.

  • 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship role , preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.

  • Proven ability to close mid-market and enterprise deals, navigating complex buying processes.

  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, buyer personas, and industry trends.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong pipeline management and forecasting abilities.

  • Experience working with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or similar.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
