Revenue Operations Manager - Payments
Currently partnered with a fast growing payment scale up who have just received a £4m injection of cash!
The business offer various payment solution - Payment Gateway, Open Banking Payments, Direct Debit, Real-time payments.
Key verticals include - Financial Services, Ecommerce, and Ticketing.
Clients include - Rangers FC, Flutterwave, Verto, Oakbrook and many others.
They are on the hunt for a Revenue Operations Manager to own the function and drive efficiency and optimisation within the commercial function
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Process Optimization: Lead the design, implementation, and management of processes and systems that drive revenue performance across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide regular analysis of revenue metrics, sales pipeline performance, and forecasting accuracy. Develop actionable insights to improve decision-making across the revenue teams.
- Technology & Tools Management: Oversee the tools and platforms that support revenue-generating activities (CRM (Pipedrive), marketing automation, sales enablement tools (salesloft)). Ensure these systems are properly integrated, maintained, and aligned with business objectives.
- Revenue Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop accurate revenue forecasts, track performance against targets, and drive improvements in revenue predictability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align strategies, streamline processes, and remove operational bottlenecks.
- Performance Metrics & KPIs: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all revenue functions. Build dashboards and performance scorecards to ensure teams are meeting targets.
- Operational Strategy & Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize sales cycles, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance team productivity.
- Training & Support: Provide training and guidance to revenue teams on best practices, tools, and processes. Act as a point of contact for operational issues and troubleshooting.
- Revenue Reporting: Prepare and present executive-level reports on revenue performance, sales forecasts, and progress toward strategic goals.
- 4-5 years experience in a Revenue Operations role.
- Experienced within the Payments, Fintech, Ecommerce space
