We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled individual to take on the role of EU Sales Engineering Lead , where you will spearhead the implementation of our cutting-edge technology across the region. As a key player in our sales and technical teams, you'll guide customers and partners toward innovative solutions, ensuring that our offerings are successfully adopted across Europe. This role requires a unique blend of technical prowess, strategic insight, and sales experience.

This role involves 40% travel within the EU.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise : Lead the technical discussions and provide expert advice on the deployment of our cybersecurity OT solutions to customers and partners.
  • Customer Partnership : Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers identify their needs and recommending tailored solutions to meet their security challenges.
  • Collaborative Engagement : Work alongside our partners to develop joint initiatives, marketing strategies, and ensure the seamless delivery of our cybersecurity solutions.
  • Sales Engineering : Support the sales team in a technical capacity, delivering presentations, demos, and developing proposals for customers.
  • Training & Development : Conduct hands-on training sessions for partners and customers to ensure they can effectively deploy and manage our solutions.
  • Travel : Regular travel across the EU (up to 40%) to meet with customers, attend industry events, and collaborate with partners.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years in a technical leadership role, preferably within a cybersecurity or tech startup.
  • Strong background in network technologies and protocols .
  • Deep understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems .
  • Native-level proficiency in German .
  • Proven ability to engage customers and partners and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Experience with the sales cycle , including technical presentations, demos, and proposal creation.
  • Experience in cyber-OT security is a strong advantage.

Educational Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
