Job Description
Our client is a SaaS company that supports their customers in hiring for their technical teams and to improve their hiring processes. Their platform is designed to support talent teams by streamlining recruitment and removing bias from hiring decisions, helping them to hire the best technical talent
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with SDRs to generate qualified leads and convert them into new business through multi-channel engagement.
- Manage the full sales cycle, building strong relationships with clients and maintaining CRM records.
- Work closely with marketing to nurture leads, optimize campaigns, and convert prospects into business deals.
About You
- Experienced at selling SaaS solutions into HR teams, preferably talent acquisition teams.
- Confident in business development, including cold outreach and handling objections.
- Highly organized with strong CRM skills, ensuring an efficient sales pipeline.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and embraces feedback to improve performance.
