Job Description

  • Experience: 7+ years of proven sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within the enterprise sales space. Experience in the cybersecurity is strongly preferred.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence within a defined region.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong team leader with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team. Ability to manage sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to build and execute sales strategies tailored to the needs of regional markets while aligning with overall company objectives.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Customer-Focused: A deep understanding of customer needs, with the ability to craft solutions that align with their business objectives and security challenges.

  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with application security solutions and the ability to discuss technical details confidently. Experience selling to technical decision-makers, including developers, security teams, and IT leaders.
