An innovative and fast-growing fintech company is seeking an experienced Credit Operations Lead to manage its end-to-end credit and loan processes. This role offers the opportunity to lead multiple teams and drive process efficiency while working closely with the development team to enhance automation systems. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless operations, team development, and collaboration with key stakeholders to improve policies and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams responsible for managing the credit and loans process from initial assessment to closing.
• Collaborate with tech teams to enhance automation and streamline credit workflows.
• Analyze team performance using SQL/Python to identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee policy implementation and adapt processes to ensure clarity and operational efficiency.
• Manage projects focused on continuous operational improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit operations within a fintech environment, along with 4+ years of management/leadership track record.
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable with data analysis.
• Ability to manage high-performance teams and drive operational improvements.
• Strong strategic thinking, with thorough hands-on knowledge.
