Job Description

Job Title: Head of Client Relationship Management

We are seeking an experienced Head of Client Relationship Management to lead our client-facing team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice on risk management in diverse Foreign Exchange (FX) markets while driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences to approximately 100 commercial customers.
  • Manage a variety of FX transactions and focus on client retention and growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Make informed business decisions with support from cross-functional teams, rewarded through a transparent bonus structure.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure our services align with their goals.
  • Lead and mentor the client relationship management team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and account management within the FinTech or finance sector.
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets with clear strategies.
  • Confident, can-do attitude, and a drive for success.
  • Familiarity with FX products and services is desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the payments industry, including AML expertise.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience required.
  • Maltese language skills are a plus.
