Job Description
Job Title: Head of Client Relationship Management
We are seeking an experienced Head of Client Relationship Management to lead our client-facing team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice on risk management in diverse Foreign Exchange (FX) markets while driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client experiences to approximately 100 commercial customers.
- Manage a variety of FX transactions and focus on client retention and growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Make informed business decisions with support from cross-functional teams, rewarded through a transparent bonus structure.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure our services align with their goals.
- Lead and mentor the client relationship management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and account management within the FinTech or finance sector.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets with clear strategies.
- Confident, can-do attitude, and a drive for success.
- Familiarity with FX products and services is desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the payments industry, including AML expertise.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience required.
- Maltese language skills are a plus.
