My client, a leading provider of cyber security solutions, dedicated to delivering actionable intelligence, innovative technology, and expert insights that empower our clients to navigate today’s complex threat landscape, is seeking a 'hands on' Head of Product and Technology to join their growing team.

Currently my client has an office in the North West of the UK, however will be opening a London base. Until open this will be a fully remote role, with a view to go in to their London office 1-2 days per week.

Requirements

Professional Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technology, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated success in driving product innovation and executing technology strategies that support rapid growth and scalability.
• Strong experience managing and delivering complex, cross-functional projects with agile methodologies.

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of product management principles, software development lifecycle, and best practices in cybersecurity and data protection.
• Proficiency in modern technology stacks and cloud computing; familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and compliance is a plus.
• Experience with data-driven product optimization and using analytics tools to make informed product decisions.

Leadership Skills:

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire technical and non-technical teams.
