Job Description
Are you a payments expert with a passion for delivering exceptional technical service to large corporate clients? We've partnered with a well known UK payments business who are looking for a talented Technical Service Lead/Head of to spearhead our corporate account support, focusing on clients in the Hospitality space.
This is a senior position, sitting within the operations team. Your primary focus will be ensuring smooth, seamless technical support for our corporate customers, managing Level 2 queries, and coordinating with Level 3 to deliver fast and effective resolutions. You’ll be responsible for creating and implementing scalable processes to support our corporate clients, enabling teams to meet their technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the corporate account support function, building a robust support structure for Hospitality, F&B, and Retail clients.
- Manage and resolve Level 2 technical queries, ensuring smooth escalation to Level 3 when needed.
- Develop and optimize processes for corporate customer support, ensuring quick turnaround and proactive problem-solving.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure that all customer requirements are met with precision.
- Provide insight and strategy on how to enhance service delivery for corporate accounts.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in payments technology with a strong technical understanding of customer needs in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of building support systems for corporate customers, particularly in the Hospitality, F&B, or Retail sectors.
- Experience with businesses that deliver technical services or hardware solutions at a corporate level in these industries.
- Strong leadership and process optimization skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing support team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment with a focus on excellence in service delivery.
