Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, focusing on M&A, real estate, financing, and project-related transactions.
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements, including but not limited to purchase agreements, lease agreements, project financing documents, and joint venture contracts.
• Support the company's strategic initiatives and growth, advising on legal risks and structuring solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
• Work closely with external counsel on specialized legal matters as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong background in corporate M&A, real estate, financing, or projects practices from a reputable law firm.
• Solid transactional experience, ideally with exposure to high-value and cross-border deals.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a commercial, solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
