Job Description
We are excited to announce a newly created headcount for a Legal Counsel with our client’s APAC Headquarters in Singapore. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a leading entertainment multinational corporation currently in an expansive growth phase. As part of their dynamic legal team, you will report directly to the Head of Legal, APAC, and play a critical role in shaping the legal framework and policies across our operations.

- Provide legal counsel on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Advise on day-to-day business operations and strategies, addressing legal issues as they arise.
- Assist in transactional and corporate development matters, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives.
- Lead efforts in building out legal frameworks, policies, and procedures to support the company's growth and ensure best practices.
- Work closely with various departments within the company to provide holistic legal support and facilitate business objectives.
- Engage with legal counterparts in the US and Europe, providing a platform for regional and global collaboration and exposure.
- LLB/Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification.
- Bar Qualification (4 to 7 years PQE). Candidates from law firms in any practice group are welcome to apply. In-house experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proactive and hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
