We are working with a scaling fintech who are looking for a Senior Payments Consultant to join their team, advising clients on optimizing payment processes and implementing innovative solutions. You'll support diverse clients, providing expertise in payments systems, reconciliation, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on utilising their SaaS platform for reconciliation and reporting, driving self-service outcomes.
• Act as a subject matter expert on reconciliation and reporting, overseeing reconciliations under their Reconciliation-as-a-Service model.
• Collaborate on data reporting, reconciliation functionality improvements, and ad hoc consulting tasks.
• Build effective client relationships, create Statements of Work, and ensure accurate billing for consulting services.
• Support junior consultants and train team members as needed.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in fintech payments consulting, client solutions or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Global Payments - understanding of cross-border payments, FX, and settlement processes.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL a plus.
• Skilled communicator with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects.
