What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in payments, fintech, or banking.
  • Proven track record of acquiring enterprise clients in the Baltics.
  • Strong understanding of merchant needs and payment challenges.
  • Existing professional network in E-commerce, Financial Services, Digital Platforms, or Travel.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies, including multi-threaded and value selling.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Salesforce experience preferred.
