Job Description
We are working with a High Growth SaaS platform, utilising AI to optimize operations and key processes in the Financial Services space. They are looking for a ABM Manager who will be key in working with the sales team and building out account-specific marketing programs. Focused on increasing awareness and engagement with their strategic prospects in the Insurance space.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs that align to sales goals and influence decision makers across the buyer’s journey.
- Work with the Sales team to define and develop the personas and ICP within accounts, ensuring the messaging aligns to the persona's challenges and expected business outcomes
- Work cross-functionally to align with stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Success and Sales to execute on integrated account activation plans
- Collaborate with content teams to provide customised campaigns and tailored thought leadership material.
- Track and Monitor KPIs for ABM programs across multiple tactics and ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of prospecting and marketing tactics
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in ABM/Field Marketing in a B2B environment (Financial Services, Fintech or Insurtech are desirable)
- Track record of managing integrated B2B marketing campaigns using tactics that include webinars, digital advertising, and social media
- Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture and engage
- Somebody who is an operator, able to get sh*t done and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
This role is based Remote in the USA
