As a leader in Open Banking-powered Account to Account (A2A) payments, our client provide fast, secure, and seamless payment solutions for both consumers and merchants.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll spearhead the commercial success in the DACH region by identifying, selling, and closing new business opportunities. You'll collaborate with a diverse and inclusive team to revolutionize payments through Instant, Account-to-Account payments, and pay-outs.
Do you have a passion for sales and a knack for exceeding targets? We're looking for individuals with a proven track record in winning new business, understanding merchant needs, and navigating complex payment challenges. Ideally, you'll have experience in payments and a strong professional network in verticals such as E-commerce & Retail, Financial Services & Insurance, Digital Platforms, and Travel & Mobility.
The ideal candidate brings:
- 5+ years of sales experience in payments, fintech, or banking.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies, value selling, and outbound prospecting.
- Strong forecasting and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in both German and English.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building a robust pipeline within your territory by engaging with merchants and stakeholders.
- Leveraging your network to accelerate sales cycles.
- Collaborating with our team to execute a playbook for new business acquisition.
- Tailoring the product portfolio to meet prospect needs.
- Managing opportunities in Salesforce and delivering exceptional sales experiences.
